If they need to change the schedule for whatever reason, the changes are communicated in advance. This is very important for the busy social calendar we have. Do cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment?
Yes, we arrive with all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to make your home sparkle. We even provide our own freshly laundered soft cotton towels to clean with.
Can I specify what supplies to use?
Yes, If you’d like us to use your own cleaning equipment or any special cleaning supplies, just let us know
Do I have to be home or in the office during my cleaning appointment?
No. All Keys or entrance codes can be provided in advance prior to the cleaning. All keys/codes are secured when not in use. If you wish to hide a key on your premises, please call the office with the location so we can notify the team prior to their arrival.
Do you offer same-day cleaning service?
No, we ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours to schedule a new cleaning.
Can I book cleanings on a regular schedule?
Yes, we provide daily, weekly, Bi-Weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
How do I tip my cleaner?
Gratuity can be included in the payment or given to individuals onsite
What is the 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy?
If you are not satisfied for any reason, just call us within 24 hours and we will return to your home and clean the areas you are not happy with.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
Please provide 48-hour notice for all cancellations otherwise a $30.00 fee will be assessed. For at-the-door cancellations a $50.00 fee will be assessed. Cancellation fees only cover the business cost.
How Do I Make My Payment?

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard payments (Zelle, CashApp, PayPal); returned checks are subject to a $35.00 processing fee.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?
Yes! Both criminal background and reference checks.
